Coro Drive Overpass Now Open

Go Between Bridge's Coronation Drive overpass is now open to outbound traffic.

The overpass allows travel from the Riverside Expressway to Coronation Drive to be significantly improved, bypassing the Coronation Drive/Hale Street traffic light intersection. Click here to view a flythrough of the new overpass.

The Hale Street Link Alliance would like to thank motorists for their ongoing patience and understanding, when driving through the affected areas, that has allowed the project to progress so well.

Once the overpass is open traffic conditions on Coronation Drive will change.

• Outbound to Toowong – Use new overpass – Traffic travelling to Coronation Drive from the Riverside Expressway will use the two left-hand lanes to access the overpass.
• Outbound to Hale Street (ICB) – use right-hand lane – traffic accessing the Boomerang Street overpass from Riverside Expressway will return to using the right-hand lane to access.
• Inbound to CBD – Inbound traffic return to three lanes.
